Well it's been about week and I'm still going strong. Haven't had any set backs but defentally had more than a few opportunities. Its a lil harder when my wife says come on its only one day or you can eat this cake and pizza. Maybe just maybe when she sees my weight come off she will get on the wagon with me. Hahaha that's funny. Not that I'm looking much in to it already but I did have to tighten my belt one more notch. Tomorrow is my first weigh in so we will see if its worked yet??
